Sheet 06 · Door and pub

At the door, MATCH and the floor

This sheet follows the order a visitor meets things at Cascades Casino North Bay: the door, the pub, then the services inside. Entry is 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID, and MATCH Eatery & Public House keeps its own hours by day.

01Door

ID at the door

Entry to Cascades Casino North Bay is 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID. Ontario law sets that limit: under the Gaming Control Act, 1992, no one under 19 may enter or stay in a casino. Guests aged 21 or younger must also carry a second piece of ID with their name on it. Staff may ask for ID at any point during the visit, not only at the entrance.

Some people may not visit at all. Anyone trespassed or self-excluded from this casino, or from any Ontario gaming property, is barred. Outside food and drink are not allowed. On the gaming floor, electronic devices may not be used for recording, photography or calculating.

02Pub

MATCH Eatery & Public House

MATCH Eatery & Public House is the pub inside the casino, a neighbourhood pub with a sports-bar feel. It is the pub brand of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, the company that runs Cascades Casino North Bay. Monday to Thursday it opens at noon and closes at 11 PM, and Friday runs noon to 1 AM. Saturday runs 10 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday 10 AM to 11 PM.

These are the pub's hours, not the gaming floor's, and holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own site. The pub's own line is 705-840-7749, ext 5249.

A support person may come along, subject to the same age limit: they must also be 19+ with valid photo ID. Details beyond these are not published.
